Holzer Kateryna
Kateryna Holzer joined NCCR Trade Regulation as an affiliate in 2007 after graduating from MILE 6. As a Candidate of Economic Science she served as Vice Dean at the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade. Lecturing in Strategic Management, she coauthored Interactive Methods of Teaching Business Disciplines (Kiev 2004), approved by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine as a teaching reference book. Apart from the Candidate of Science degree (dissertation title: Management of Automobile Industry Enterprises of Ukraine under Protectionism, Kiev 2003), she holds a Master of International Management from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade (1999) and a Bachelor of Economics from the National University of Kiev-Mohyla Academy (1997). Since 2009, she has been a doctoral fellow under the NCCR Climate project examining the issue of consistency of carbon-related border adjustment measures with WTO law.
