Karolina Milewicz joined the project on constitutionalism and multilayered governance in September 2005, and works as aresearch assistant at the Institute of Political Science, University of Berne. Born in Gdansk in 1978, she studied political science, public policy and administration, and the cultural history of central and eastern Europe at the University of Bremen, University of Warwick and University of Konstanz. She was a fellow of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation (Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung). Since 2004 Karolina Milewicz has contributed as an external collaborator to the activities of the International Labour Office (ILO) and the International Social Security Association (ISSA).
