Trade, Development and the Doha Round: Current Issues for Vietnam, South Africa and Peru
A comprehensive, four-year trade capacity building project was initiated by the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) in early 2010. The World Trade Institute (WTI) at the University of Bern acts as the project’s implementing agency. The partner institutions are the Mandela Institute / University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa), the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (Lima, Peru), and the Foreign Trade University (Hanoi, Vietnam). In the context of the cooperation project’s Annual Meeting and the upcoming WTO Ministerial Meeting, to be held in Geneva 15th-17th December, the cooperation partners have the pleasure to invite you to a half-day academic workshop, devoted to the trade and development policy interface in Vietnam, Peru and South Africa.
