Border measures and the PPM-issue in the context of climate change
NCCR Trade Regulation – NCCR Climate Workshop
“Border measures and the PPM-issue in the context of climate change”
This workshop focuses on carbon-related border measures (tariffs and border adjustments) as well as other trade-related issues of climate change (e.g. the subsidy issue). Presentations will be 15-20 minutes each with the rest of the time left for questions and answers.
The workshop brings together researchers from two NCCRs who work on the issues in the field of law and economics. One of the main aims of the workshop, therefore, is to reach better understanding among lawyers and economists on the use of relevant concepts and definitions.
The workshop provides a forum for discussions of relevant concepts and offers the opportunity to strengthen the network of researchers from two NCCRs.
